📅 Appointments & cancellations

Booking

Via the website, by phone or in salon. Appointment confirmation constitutes a service contract (art. 394 CO).

Cancellation or modification

Required notice: 48 hours before the appointment. Late cancellation or no-show: 100% of the amount invoiced + any administrative fees. Late by more than 15 minutes: treated as a cancellation.

Force majeure

In case of illness, accident or death, the appointment is rescheduled at no charge.

💳 Prices & payment

Prices in CHF, all taxes included. knails.ch is not subject to VAT (art. 10 LTVA). Payment at end of service: cash or Twint. Non-payment: 5% default interest applicable (art. 104 CO).

🛡️ Liability & warranty

Gel polish failure within 7 days: free replacement (once). Allergic reactions: knails.ch accepts no liability — product compositions are available on the website.

✅ Client obligations

Disclose any medical condition or allergy before the appointment and follow post-treatment care advice.

📩 Complaints

In writing within 7 days of the service (art. 210 CO) to contact@knails.ch. An amicable settlement is attempted before any legal proceedings.

🔒 Data protection

Data processed in accordance with Swiss FADP, solely for appointment management. No sharing with third parties without explicit consent.

⚖️ Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Competent court: canton of Neuchâtel.

📝 Amendments

knails.ch may amend these GTC at any time. New conditions apply from publication for any new booking.
