2. Data Collected
We collect only the data necessary to provide our services: first name, last name, email address, phone number, appointment history, notification preferences (email, WhatsApp), and IP address (for connection security).
3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is used exclusively for: managing and confirming appointments, sending secure login links (magic links), communications related to your services, invoicing and accounting, and website security (audit logs).
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on the performance of the service contract (Art. 31 FADP) and our legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the service.
5. Recipients
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared only with: Resend (transactional email sending), Turso / LibSQL (database hosting).
6. Retention Period
Your data is retained as long as your account is active, and for up to 5 years after your last interaction for accounting and legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Your Rights (FADP)
Under the FADP, you have the following rights: Access (know what data we hold about you), Rectification (correct inaccurate data), Erasure (request deletion), Portability (receive your data in a readable format), Objection (object to certain processing). 8. Security
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwordless authentication (single-use magic links), access logs, and per-user data isolation.
9. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary technical cookies for the functioning of the website (login session). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
